This picture seemingly depicts a happy little girl with her Aunt. Except it doesn't. It actually shows the perpetrator and victim of one of the worse cases of child abuse the UK has ever seen. The girl in the photo is Victoria Climbié, and at the age of 8 years old, she was murdered by her great Aunt and boyfriend. For the last months of her life, she was repeatedly beaten, forced to sleep in a bin bag in a bath tub, burned and starved. When she was given food, she was forced to eat like a dog. Before her death, she had multiple hospital admissions and social services referrals with numerous professionals concerned for her wellbeing. Sadly, failures by numerous public agencies meant Victoria didn't receive the protection she desperately needed. An inquiry ultimately found that her death was preventable and identified numerous issues with how her case was handled. Kelly Anne Bates Junko Furuta also had a most horrific death but Kelly Anne Bates falls into the same category. She was tortured over a 4 week period by her ‘boyfriend’ until she died but not just torture but torture of the most evil nature. What sticks in my mind is that her eyes were gouged out at least 5 days before her death and possible up to the 3 weeks. Subsequently she was stabbed in her empty eye sockets. An extract from Wikipedia says: William Lawler, the Home Officepathologist who examined her body, said: "In my career, I have examined almost 600 victims of homicide but I have never come across injuries so extensive." A couple who terrorized a black child's birthday party outside of Atlanta in the name of the Confederate flag have received a combined 19 year long prison sentence. CNN reported that on Feb. 27, 2017, 26-year-old Jose “Joe” Torres received a sentence of 20 years (13 in prison) for three counts of aggravated assault, one count of terroristic threats, and one count of breaking Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. His girlfriend, Kayla Norton, then 25, received a sentence of 15 years (six in prison) for one count of terroristic threats and one count of breaking the Street Gang Act. 23-year-old Florida woman, Ashley Gabrielle Huff was arrested in July 2014 by police after they suspected her of having meth residue on a spoon. An officer from the Gainesville police department flagged her 1994 Ford Explorer down for a routine traffic stop. The officer found a spoon in Ashley’s bag with what appeared to be some sort of residue on it; the spoon contained a “clear, crystal-like substance.” Ashley explained that the substance on the spoon was nothing more than SpaghettiO sauce. On the morning of June 10, 2020, a 21-year-old woman named Isabella Thallas was walking her dog Rocko with her boyfriend Darian Simon near Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. When the young couple stopped and urged the dog to "go potty" in front of an apartment block, a man named Michael Close started shouting at them from his window, asking them, "Are you going to train that f--king dog or just yell at it?"⁠ Within moments, Close pulled out an AK-47 and opened fire, striking Thallas in the back and kil8ling her instantly. Simon was hit in the leg and buttocks but survived. Almost immediately, Close texted an ex-girlfriend and a friend on the police force, telling them that he'd "really f--ked up bad," then took off in his SUV with a small arsenal. On February 21, 2022, Taylor Schabusiness picked up her then-boyfriend, Shad Thyrion, from his family home in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The duo engaged in drug-fueled se-xual activity during which she strangled him to dea-th. Following his demise, she continued to engage in se-xual acts with the body. She dismembered Thyrion's body and left his severed head in a bucket in his family’s basement for his mother to find. Jessica Ross is a young American woman who went to a hospital in Georgia to give birth in 2023. Sadly, instead of receiving her son as she had hoped, she received a deceased child whose head had been severed from the rest of his body. The doctor claimed she chose to décapitate the unborn baby as a way of saving the mother. Now, this case has been ruled a homîcide by the medical examiner's office. In the morning of April 29, the body of 29-year-old Arizona aesthetician, Lauren Heike, was found in a desert area near 6500 East Libby Street in Phoenix; she had been stabbed a total of 15 times. Lauren was hiking alone in North Phoenix when she was trailed and attacked by a vicious ex-convict, 22-year-old Zion William Teasley. Recovered CCTV footage and DNA recovered from the scene confirmed Teasley was her attacker. Beginning in 2007, the people of Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood started complaining about a foul odor in the air. Many soon blamed the stench on a nearby sausage shop, prompting the owners to do everything they could to locate the source of the smell. They scrubbed the store from top to bottom with bleach and spent $20,000 on new plumbing fixtures, sewer lines, and grease traps, but the odor still remained. Finally, in 2009, police raided the home of the man who lived next door to the shop after a woman claimed he'd beat and ra’ped her. And when police stepped inside, they suddenly realized that the terrible smell had been coming from his house the entire time. Stephen Slevin, a man in his 50s, was arrested in 2005 for driving under the influence of alcohol, but he never had a trial. Incapable of making bond and being judged as śuicidal, he was thrown into solitary confinement in New Mexico county. For almost two years, he was completely isolated from the outside world. No sunlight and no human contact. The guards did nothing to help him despite his cries. In response, he was regularly drugged. Slevin decayed physically and mentally. Along with his hair and beard growing out, his toenails grew to curl beneath his toes. His dental hygiene became so poor that he removed one of his own teeth. After nearly two years in isolation charges against him were dropped and he was released. Upon release, Sleven demanded an explanation and compensation. There were some clues as to the cause for the neglect. The medical director at the facility had apparently administered sedatives to Slaven without ever visiting him. Marcel Felix Petiot was a French serial killer who got his victims by offering to help them escape France through a non-existent secret route. They were majorly wanted people. Once the victims agreed, he convinced them that they needed to be vaccinated. Instead of giving them vaccine, he would inject them with cyanide and then rob them of their belongings. On 11 March 1944, Petiot's neighbors called the attention of the police to a foul stench in the area and large amounts of smoke billowing from a chimney of the house. A famous Hungarian case. On 28 May 2000, 11-years-old boy Tamás Till disappeared from Baja, Hungary. On that day, the young boy set off on a bicycle ride to a nearby wildlife park. His parents had made a commitment that he would be home by 1 p.m. However, Tamás Till never returned home. He didn’t even arrive at the wildlife park. The police made a serious mistake early in the investigation by not issuing a warrant immediately. Several false reports also led the authorities to a dead end, and no trace of the boy was found. Several witnesses claimed to have seen the boy at various locations, but those reports proved to be false. The investigation was also hampered by the presence of many strangers in Baja due to local events (Children’s Day and an air show at the local airport). On this day – 17th March 1941 A young Frenchman named Francois Scornet, just 22 years old, became the only civilian to be executed by firing squad in Jersey during the German occupation of the Channel Islands in World War II. Francois was one of 16 young men from the French Army Cadets who tried to escape Nazi-occupied France. They got a small boat and set out for England, hoping to join the Free French forces and help fight for their country. Sadly, rough seas and bad weather caused them to get lost. They thought they had reached the Isle of Wight in England, but they had actually landed in Guernsey, one of the Channel Islands, which was under German control. They came ashore singing the French national anthem, the Marseillaise, not knowing they were in the wrong place. German soldiers were waiting. The group was arrested, sent to Jersey, and put on trial. Francois was chosen by the Germans as an example to others. They called him the leader of the group and gave him the death penalty...

The most morally justified crimes ever committed in 1981 Ken McElroy was an adult man and bully in Skidmore, Missouri. He had been accused of assault, child molestation, statutory rape, burglary, and hog and cattle rustling. He avoided conviction for all of these crimes and was released each time. Speaking of statutory rape, he met his future (and 4th) wife Trena McCloud when she was 12 years old. He statutorily raped McCloud repeatedly, also burned her house down and shot the family dog to force her parents to agree to their marriage. She became pregnant when she was 14.
