A topless woman was caught on camera stealing a package from a stranger’s doorstep in broad daylight. The shirtless thief was filmed by a stunned homeowner in Houston, Texas, earlier this week by their Ring doorbell camera. The device captured the bizarre moment the woman, with her breasts exposed, run up to the porch, grab a recently-delivered parcel and make a run for it. The woman can then be seen fleeing the scene in a car that she had parked on the home’s driveway while she made the brazen theft.
