Shocking video shows 'prisoners' on leashes being forced to fight like dogs while two men goad them as they growl and bite each other's necks

Prison chiefs are investigating after footage emerged that appears to show inmates inside a British jail forcing other prisoners to engage in a dog fight.

In the video two men with leads attached to their necks are forced to bite at each other and growl while inmates goad them on.

The other men, who have their faces concealed from the camera, tell them: 'Down, sit down. No hands.'

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that they are looking into the incident.

The shocking video begins with what appears to be two prisoners in a cell on their hands and knees wearing leads around their necks.

They immediately begin growling and biting one another's necks, until they end up grappling on the ground.

One of the men holding the leads shouts: 'Get him boy. Get him boy.'

A man wearing a yellow cap and a blue piece of material concealing his face then abruptly halts the action, saying: 'Hey hey, that's enough, get up. Get off, get off, get off.'

The man fighting on the left then gets up and moves to the back of the cell, while the other man fighting stays on his hands and knees.

The two then resume their dog fighting after the man in the yellow cap shouts: 'Get down, sit down. No hands. Go.'

10 bodies, 9 hanging from overpass, found in central Mexico : Body hanging from bridge with narco message

Mexican authorities on Thursday discovered 10 bodies — nine of them hanging from an overpass — in the central state of Zacatecas, the scene of a battle for territory among drug cartels.

The Zacatecas state public safety agency said in a statement the bodies were found in Ciudad Cuauhtemoc, about 340 miles (550 kilometers) north of Mexico City. The 10th body was found on the pavement. All of the victims were men.

The Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation cartels have been battling for control in the state, which is a key transit point for drugs, especially the powerful synthetic pain killer fentanyl, moving north to the U.S. border.
Cartels sometimes make such public displays of bodies to taunt their rivals or authorities and terrify local residents.

In the first nine months of the year, Mexico had more than 25,000 murders, a number 3.4% less than the same period a year earlier, according to federal data.

At the bottom of a concrete structure of the bridge it was found a cartulina with a message to guards and prisoners Prison East.

Text read:

"This is going to happen to all those who are supporting Andueza Velázquez Ricardo' 'El Miraviones', including inmates, and guards in charge of the Prison.” (the massive Eastern Prison (Reclusorio Oriente) of Mexico City)

The body, dangling more than 25 meters high, was wrapped mummy style in bandages, his hands tied behind his back and was hanging from a rope tied to one of the bars of the retaining wall.

The man, about 25 years old, was tortured and executed with two shots to the head, which was covered by a black sweatshirt. About 04:00 hours, motorists reported to police from the scene Teotongo sector of the Ministry of Public Security. Until last night, the victim had not been identified, and initial tests indicate that he had been killed within a few hours of discovery.

On October 2, in the Colonia Lomas de la Palma, Delegación Gustavo A. Madero, a body of a male was discovered also with a narco message with threats to "El Miraviones".

In June, a female guard was killed.  She was assigned to the prevention of drug entry at the prison, also contraband and weapons.
