In 2021, Angelia Vargas from Houston, Texas, accidentally shot her son while attempting to shoot her neighbor's dog. Her son was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening wounds. Vargas allegedly shot three times at the dog, which was running across the street. One of the bullets then ricocheted and hit the boy in the abdomen. Police believed her behavior to be dangerous since she shot her gun across a public roadway, in the direction of two houses. The owner of the dog received a citation since the dog was running loose, according to police. The incident took place on Dunham Road in Houston. California doctor drove his Tesla with his family inside off a 250 foot cliff because he thought his kids would be s*x trafficked. Dharmesh Patel had a psychotic episode causing him to launch his car off a cliff according to new expert witnesses. Patel was driving on the Pacific Coast Highway when he suddenly whipped the car off the road. Miraculously, he, his wife and his two children, 4 and 7 survived. Psychologist Dr. Mark Patterson said Patel suffered from psychosis which peaked before the incident. He said Patel heard footsteps following him. Patel’s wife initially told investigators that he was depressed and that he wanted to drive his car off the cliff.
