The mystery boy, who has not been named, was staying with his grandmother while his parents were at work. He had fallen asleep so his grandmother popped out to the shop. Unfortunately, the young boy soon woke and went to look for his grandma.  Stepping out on the balcony of the sixth-floor flat, the boy slipped from a window and fell down the grate. Thankfully the protective bars stopped his fall, but he was left hanging by his neck. A passer-by spotted his struggle and a rescue team was dispatched to rescue him from the ledge. In a video released by CEN, firemen are seen desperately trying to free the young boy. Despite his ordeal, the boy seemed relatively calm.  ...
