On June 13, 2022, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas Judge Kevin Kelly granted a motion filed jointly by lawyers for Alexander McClay Williams and the Delaware County District Attorney’s office to posthumously overturn Williams’ conviction and death sentence. In this case, a video is worth felony charges as one Stafford man’s burglary attempt was caught on camera.  On November 7th at approximately 12:22 a.m. deputies responded to the Neighbor Mart, located at 2983 Richmond Highway, for a business alarm. When they arrived, they noticed the business’s front door had been damaged beyond repair. Using camera footage, deputies were able to witness what transpired.  At 12:15 a.m. a red vehicle arrived at the business. The driver attempts to open the doors of the business but fails.
