Jeffrey Russell Hall, a plumber and regional leader of the Nazi Party, was shot dḛậd by his own son on May 1, 2011, while sleeping on his couch in Riverside, California.
Joseph Hall, who was born on June 19, 2000, was reportedly violent from a young age, even before his father joined the controversial movement.
Jeffery Hall returned home from one of his drinking nights on May 1, 2011; 10-year-old Joseph waited until his father, Jeff Hall, passed out drunk on the couch after an argument with his wife, then took his gun and shot him in the head at point-blank range. Jeffery had become very violent, and was physically abusing Joseph and his step mother.
Joseph was arrested and charged with his father's m̃urdḛr, and he was found guilty of second-degree m̃urdḛr in November 2013. Judge Leonard sentenced him to ten years in a juvenile facility in California, and he will be 23 when he is released. Continue reading
