Neal Martin Falls was born in Eugene Oregon in 1969. In 2000 he moved to Nevada where he started working as a security guard. Strangely, se-x workers were also disappearing during the time he lived in Nevada. In 2008, he was dismissed as a security guard after se-xually assaulting a woman.
By 2015, Falls was living in West Virginia. One day, he came across Heather Saul’s profile online. Heather was a se-x worker who had advertised her activities online. He tracked her down to her residence in West Virginia, and on July 18, 2015, broke into her house.
Once inside, he held her at gunpoint before proceeding to strangle her. In the struggle, Heather managed to grab a rake that was lying close by. When Falls dropped the gun to take the rake from her Heather quickly grabbed the gun and shot him in the head.
When his car was searched, axes, knives, a sledgehammer, a shovel, duct tape, and others were found.
Heather Hall had stopped an active serial k-iller.
How Heather Saul Stopped A Suspected Serial K-iller, Neal Falls
Neal Martin Falls was 45 years old when he was savagely killed by a woman he met online, a woman he came to kill. Heather Saul was that woman. In saving her life, Heather stopped Martin Falls from carrying out other attacks on women he had already prepared for.
The Beginning
Neal Martin Falls was born on September 24, 1969, in Eugene, Oregon. He was born into a poor household. Growing up, Falls had an undue interest in firearms and military paraphernalia. However, he was not involved in any crimes at this time.
In 2000, he relocated to Henderson, Nevada, and started working as a security agent at Hoover Dam on the border between the U.S. states of Nevada and Arizona. Initially, Falls was of good behavior, but in Nevada, he transformed into a sadist who enjoyed torturing animals, he would take them to the Arizona desert and severely abuse them. At the same time, he started to enjoy the company of sex workers, spending most of his leisure time with them.
His fascination with sex workers got so serious that in the mid-2000s, he visited the Philippines on sex tourism(purposely to spend time with their hookers).
During the time Falls worked in Nevada, several sex workers disappeared without a trace. For instance, Lindsay Marie Harris was 21 when she disappeared from her home on May 4, 2005, three weeks later, her dismembered body was found.

In January 2015, two events put him in a dark place: he discovered that the woman he was dating had lied to him as she was married to someone else, and his mother also passed. According to those who were close to Falls, these events took a psychological toll on him.
To get back on his feet, Fall who was now living in Oregon started retraining to become a security guard. Not long after this training was concluded, Falls moved to West Virginia where he would meet Heather Saul.
After Falls moved to West, he found a hooker, Heather Saul, online. Saul exposed her activities online in an attempt to get more clients. Using the address she had provided, Falls tracked her down. On July 18, 2015, he broke into her apartment and held her at gunpoint. She later recounted, " He walked over here to me and just stuck the gun in my side and told me, "Live or die."

He proceeded to strangle her with the gun still in his hand. In the struggle that ensued, Heather managed to pick up a garden rake that was close by. Seeing this, Falls dropped the gun to wrestle the rake from her hand. Heather quickly grabbed the gun and shot him in the head in the blink of an eye.
When the police arrived at the scene, they searched Falls' loveless body and found a piece of paper containing the names and contacts of six other sex workers he had planned to attack. Five of the women were living in West Virginia.

Searching Falls' car, the police recovered a machete, axes, knives, a shovel, a sledgehammer, bleach, plastic trash bags, bulletproof vests, clean white socks, underwear, and some others.
Heather Saul had stopped a serial killer. Police in more than twenty states had encountered Falls during his lifetime, but he managed to avoid facing any significant criminal charges. It was only after his demise that law enforcement uncovered potential evidence linking Falls to other criminal activities. He has been linked to more than 10 cases of missing women.
