An OB/GYN injects lidocaine into a baby's penis. His chest heaves up and down, he lets out a cry, and hyperventilates, but he is trapped, tied down on a circumcision board. His mom presses the pacifier back into his mouth. This is only the beginning of his torture.

The OB/GYN forces a hemostat (surgical pliers, center of table) into the tiny opening of the baby's penis, and sweeps it back and forth, ripping the membrane that connects the inner foreskin to the head of the penis.

She pulls the separated foreskin away from the penis and squeezes it between the razor jaws of the infamous Mogen Penis Clamp, two guillotine-like blades connected by a hinge at one end, left foreground on table. Once satisfied with the amount of penis to cut off, the doctor closes the device and crushes the foreskin between its jaws, analogous to crushing the clitoral hood. The doctor uses a scalpel to cut off the crushed foreskin, and drops it on the table.

Finally, she releases the baby's penis from the clamp, but there is one final humiliation. Due to the massive pressure of the device's jaws, the crushed penis has puckered together over the glans, the head of the penis. The doctor takes the baby's penis in her hands, squeezes it between her index fingers, and forces the glans out of the crushed penis. It pops out like a piece of raw meat.

The baby is now circumcised for life. The most erogenous structure on his body has been destroyed, leaving him a workable penis for urination and reproduction. This is the barbaric surgery that American doctors have sold to naive parents for 100 years. Continue reading

Joanna Szydłowska traded her bread to another prisoner for a camera. She was one of 74 Polish women subjected to cruel experiments, including unnecessary surgeries. Doctors cut open some women's legs and intentionally infected them to try to simulate battlefield wounds. Some of the women were given no medication when they became desperately ill. Ravensbrück was liberated on this day in 1945 after most prisoners had been evacuated from the camp. Some of the experimentation victims testified at trials after the war.
