In August 2022, 22-year-old Adam Simjee was on a trip to Cheaha State Park in Alabama with his 20-year-old girlfriend, Mikayla Paulus, when they were flagged down by a young woman who appeared to be stranded. The woman was Yasmine Hider, and her car had broken down. The couple pulled over to give Yasmine a hand. After trying for more than an hour, it appeared they had run out of options, so Paulus brought out her phone to call her father who is a mechanic. It was at this point that Yasmine pulled out a gun. "Empty your pockets and walk into the woods" she ordered. "Everything we have is in the van, and you can have it" Adam responded. On the Christmas eve of 2008, 45-year-old Bruce Pardo came to the family party of his ex-wife, Sylvia Ortega in Los Angeles dressed as Santa Claus. Everyone was excited when they saw the Santa Claus until he unwrapped his “gift”. The beautifully wrapped Christmas present contained about four automatic short guns, loads of ammunitions and a cleverly constructed gasoline dispenser. Larry Don McQuay who later confessed to 240 cases of child mô-lêstation was caught mô-lêsting a 6-year-old child in San Antonio, Texas. He got away with šô-domizing the boy for a year before he was caught. In January 1990, McQuay, who was 26 at the time was convicted of the crime and sentenced to prison. While in prison, he begged to be surgically câ-strâted. "Hell is not enough to keep me from re-offending" he declared. McQuay told authorities that he and other child prêdâtors just buy time in prison daydreaming about children. When his pleas for câ-strâtion were denied, he threatened to not only re-offend but to also k-îll his next victims.
