In 2000, a notorious child serial killer from Pakistan, Javed Iqbal, was sentenced to be strangled to death with an iron chain, then his corpse to be cut up into 100 small pieces and his body dissolved in acid in front of the parents of his victims. Javed Iqbal Mughal  (1961 – 8 October 2001) was a Pakistani serial killer and child molester who confessed to the sexual abuse and murder of 100 young boys, ranging in age from 6 to 16.
